Amber L. Lawyer
Amber joined the O’Hara, O’Connell & Ciotoli team in 2015 as a Law Clerk. She is a second year law student at Syracuse University College of Law. This year Amber joined Syracuse Law Review as an Editorial Member and is an Associate Member of Moot Court Honor Society.
Amber received her Bachelors of Arts from St. Lawrence University, magna cum laude, in 2014, where she graduated with honors distinction as a Government and Economics double major.

Dennis G. O'Hara, Jr.
"Deege" is the Firm's Director of Finance. He has been with the Firm since St. Patrick's Day 2003, and is responsible for all banking, payables, receivables and HR matters. He enjoys working with our attorneys, staff and our clients to ensure that all financial transactions are accounted for and that our clients receive the best service possible. When he is not at work he can usually be found on the golf course except when it's snowing.

Eileen Malay
Eileen has 15 years experience as a legal assistant, following an 11 year career as a customer service representative with a major corporation and two years as a Chief Court Clerk in a New York State Township. She has been employed by the Firm since 2006. 
Eileen is a legal assistant in the Firm’s education, litigation, employment, real estate and estates practices.  She has a B.A. in Secondary Education English, and is a notary public.
Eileen is experienced in the preparation and filing of documents via the Federal and New York State Court and NYSED’s electronic filing systems.  She is also proficient in case and file management, internet research, drafting and transcription of documents and forms necessary for case management, attorney scheduling and
communicationing with client and potential clients.

Lindsay G. Halpin
Lindsay is a paralegal in the firm's labor and employment; medical malpractice and personal injury departments. She has been employed with our firm since 2014, has 5 years experience and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. She has experience in personal injury and labor and employment law litigation in both the state and federal courts.
Since the commencement of electronic filing in the federal and state courts, as well as some governmental agencies, Lindsay has mastered the use of the various electronic filing systems and utilizes them frequently. In addition to her knowledge of state and federal court practice, Lindsay also has experience in preparing, filing and serving various legal documents, gathering and organizing all types of documents and evidence necessary to pursue clients' claims, reviewing, analyzing and summarizing medical records, assisting the attorneys with their file management and reviews, drafting settlement evaluations, discovery demands and responses and motions.
